Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or you've received incorrect item/sizing from an online order, we’re so sorry!

We able to refund, or replace any item that is incorrect or faulty to meet our legal obligations with all our products.

Change of Mind Returns

In case you change your mind about anything you've purchased, online or in-store, we will refund the purchase price, following the conditions of

  1. Change of Mind Returns, must occur within 30 Days after purchase
  2. Online purchases can be returned in store with proof of purchase.
  3. In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
  4. Change of Mind Returns, DO NOT include earrings, cosmetics or any hygiene related product  
  5. Swimwear returns MUST HAVE hygiene sticker and swing tags attached to the product.
  6. Refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment
  7. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
  8. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return
  9. Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase - in these cases there is no cost of shipping.

Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
